  • Degree or in pursuit of degree in Education or the subject that you are applying for

  • Experience tutoring the age/grade level you are applying for

  • Able to create an education plan that is individualized for each student 

  • Passionate about making a difference 

  • Compassionate and patient in your approach to teaching

  • Must have transportation
